Just received this and was quite pleased. Outside is cable knit, and inside is plush fake fur. I didn't know the cap part was fur lined, but it's a plus. Easy to put on and take off. If you have a fancy hairdo, this might not work, but for me it's not a problem. Good price too, and warmer than a sock cap.
