works but does not fit correctly

This recoil starter assembly works but the frame is larger than the original Toro recoil starter assembly. Once it was installed the Red plastic mower hood would not fit back on top of the mower. I had to resort to cutting the hood where the bulge was so make it fit again. A Chinese product of course.
