Inconsistent quality!

Sometimes these gift bags come and they are perfect! Such a good quality for the price! Well made-with finished seams inside the bags. There are times however when they are not a good quality at all-there are rough unfinished seams inside and tons (and I mean TONS) of ripped strings inside which get stuck all over whatever you stick in the bag and on your hand, etc. The whole point of buying these is for their pretty presentation, so what is up with all of the ugly annoying strings!!??!
