    This package is great for any dog owner. I would recommend this at any training stage where your fur baby wants to pull and take charge. I am training a very high spirited Cavalier Sir Charles 6 month puppy. She flops around like a fish out of water. I'm able to wait until she's thru throwing her tantrum and we can walk again.
