Be warned about delivery status notifications.

Ordering was simple and receiving delivery was a nightmare. Delivery was delayed twice. Wasnt notified of changes, had to search for new delivery dates. First delivery date was a Saturday. Notification said, out for delivery from local fed-ex facility. I sat there all day. I checked status and It still said out for delivery locally even at 11:45pm. Got up Sunday and checked status and it said delivery delayed. In transit from Alabama. They couldn't explain how it could go from out for delivery from one state then in transit from another the next day. Monday I checked and delayed again. Not once was I ever informed by them the status of my delivery. I had to go check on it myself. Once I finally got my chair, was delighted of the quality of chair. I was given a discount but still not good customer service. Delays should be reported to customers, customers should never have to look up status after order doe not show up!

Wouldn't Say Massage.

I wouldnt use the word "massge" when It comes to this chair, I would use the word "vibration." It's a solid chair that gets the job done. I purchased two of these and my kids love them. i am 5"6 in fit very well on the chairs. My husband is 6ft and his feet dangle from the bottom when reclined. The rocking definitely helps put my grandson to sleep. The swivel action is a bonus. extremely easy to put together with two people involved.
