Snugway Customer Service is a Joke

Chair developed a rocking motion back and forth after a few days. Requested Snugway send repairman through Walmart customer service and was promised response in two days. Never heard from them. Contacted Walmart customer service on line again and was promised that Snugway would contact me in two days. That was five days ago. The one response I did get from Snugway through the Walmart online service was if I'd take $30 to keep the chair. I declined. I'm now looking around for boxes big enough to return the chair. Snugway customer service is a joke and I can't say Walmart customer service follows through.
