If you feel like you have to rush to the bathroom, this seems to help with that issue quite well. Great for travel and long bus rides. I never needed to use the bus mini potty. lol. The vial of Boiron Causticum 30X bladder incontinence 80 pellets: Worked well for for sudden urges to have to go to the bathroom. 1) The pellets have a pleasant taste 2) Very small container with 80 pellets, easy to use, but do roll out of your hand when counting them out, so you need to be careful you do not lose them. 3) The container is travel-ready, very portable, and not a giant pill bottle. Takes up very little space. Lots of pros. Works well.
