Wrong size insole

While the boots fit and I like the way they look, the insoles are different. The right shoe has an insole for about a size 6 shoe, when it's supposed to be a size 9. I contacted the company and they have not responded. So now I'm having to spend $15 more to get matching insoles to make them wearable.
