One of the very few gf pastas I like

I highly recommend this pasta! I wish it weren't just white rice flour being that there's really no nutritional value for white rice. But the high protein pastas tend to overpower the dishes I make. This is the closest I've gotten to glutinous pasta in taste and texture. Not good for leftovers!
