Very lightweight and easy to set up and move with one person. Varying speeds and settings to make it easy for beginners and athletes alike. In the 2 weeks I have had this treadmill I have already noticed a difference in my overall health and wellness. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good treadmill
