Very impressive

This is my 1st Marantz reciever purchase i have made. I cannot be happier with the ease of setup and use. Although the unit is powerful as stand alone, I have opted to use the pre-outs with multiple amplifiers. The ease of using the audissy application is wonderful. When i want to manually adjust something just touch, thats easy as well. If I do upgrade to an 11.2 or better unit, this reciever will be handed down to my daughter.

Overall I'm happy with my SR5013 been a few years using it. took a little time to tweak everything, used the automated mic system to set the system up form the room but adjusted thing from there to my liking, it took some time I'm very picky, Running Klipsch all around 7.1, My other system in my man cave is Adcom but my wife hates it she like the simplicity of the Marantz I bought this system from New England HiFi. great to deal with. Good price point for what you get.

I'm telling you, I have reviewed all the competitors before I decided on the SR5013 and I ended up with an easy decision. This was the first Receiver I listened to and by the time I was done, there was no doubt what I was purchasing. This unit is right up there with its big brother the AV7705.. Hands down the best value money can buy! If you're looking for high end audio but not wanting to break the bank than look no further, you'll love this Unit.
