UNUSABLE PIECES TWICE!
When unboxing the unit pieces I noticed that appeared to be well packed. Upon examining the pieces I noticed two of them were damaged beyond possible use. I contacted the number located on the instructions and within a week I had replacement pieces. Upon examining the two pieces they appeared to be in good condition. However, when putting the unit together I realized that BOTH pieces were not drilled in the appropriate spots, thus the unit could not be together! Yes, I called the company and chewed them out. They wanted to try sending me new pieces again but I was done wasting my time with this. I contacted Walmart directly and was immediately issued a refund. I will not be buying anything more of Convenience Concepts because their products are nothing but an INCONVENIENCE!!!
