(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The top rack in my dishwasher is designed, so that I cannot tilt my larger mugs and therefore they don't drain. Consequently, after every wash, I have to manually wipe off the tops of those mugs. Otherwise, they don't dry. The Cascade Power Dry has a major Caution about how toxic and dangerous the agent is: "If swallowed . . . call a Poison Control Center." Yet Whilrpool deems this product safe so that every one of the dishes and utensils now has a buildup of this highly toxic chemical which, of course, I swallow every day.. Onthe plus side, the dishwasher is quiet and that's lovely.
