This just didn't work for me. I wanted to use it to connect a Maxtor IDE drive to my computer running Windows 10, and the drive wasn't detected at all. I was able to reinstall the drive in the XP computer it came from, and it's working fine, so there's no problem with the drive. I contacted the distributor to ask if they could suggest anything, and they just said to return it. On the other hand, it was delivered much sooner than expected. Can anyone comment on whether another model might work?
