HTC U11 (US Version) 64GB - GSM Unlocked 5.5" 4G LTE Smartphone with IP67 Certified Dust and Water Resistance, Amazing Silver

I have been a fan of HTC for many years by using HTC desire, M9 and 10. Recently I just renewed my phone with HTC U11 which is supposed to be a good phone, but not. The problem I am running into is that the phone suddenly power off overnight with continuous flashing green notification led. I thought that the battery is dead, so I charged the phone for 10 minutes and phone was still in power-off state(abnormal) and the charge indication light did not turn orange as usual. I pressed the power button and the phone was still in power-off state. Finally I followed an online instruction to do a hardware reset which turned the phone on. The same problem happened again which made me think that there could be a hardware related problem. I contacted the customer support on the phone for 50 minutes and escalate the problem to the supervisor who said "We do not think that there is a problem. If you think it is a problem you can send your phone to our repair center which takes around 3 weeks. Is there anything I can help with?". I told him that I do not have a backup phone, can not send it back for troubleshooting and ask for alternative solution. He replied "that is the only solution I can do.". I can feel that the supervisor just wanted to walk away with my problem and does not care about his loyal customer at all. The worst customer support from the supervisor I have ever had. Another problem with this phone is that the phone got really hot if you have been using the camera or video for a while, and I did not get voicemail notification. Overall, it used to be a big solid company, but not anymore based on user experience on the flagship product HTC U11 for two months. Even worst, the customer support from a supervisor is so cold, rude and not professional even when the customer gets really frustrated and anxious.
