These are very nice and for a good price. Only drawback is the instructions are so tiny I could barely read them and being a total beginner a simple link to instructions online would have been a much better option. After having researched how to use them properly, they are transforming my walks. I am recovering from heart and cancer issues and my walks are important to that recovery, with these I can walk farther and work more than my legs
