Great bed!

I would say for the price this bed is a great value. Compared to an Amazon bed we bought a couple of years ago that broke this one seems much sturdier. Also I was impressed with how easy it is to raise up and down. The only downside is assembly. It took my husband and I both working together about 2 hours to put together. Our daughter absolutely loves it though! It was worth it.

Awesome bed, needs large assembly space.

We got the queen version for our teenage daughter and we like hers so much we are upgrading our own king bed to this model! The storage underneath really helps declutter the room, all her craft supplies are under the bed until she needs them. The shelf at the top of the headboard with the outlet plug makes it easy for her phone and echo to be charged and in reach. THERE IS A STEP WHERE YOU WILL NEED TWO PEOPLE! Be aware before starting so you aren't stuck midway through. When installing the gas springs (the part that allows the bed to stay upright so it doesn't fall on you), someone will have to hold it up at that angle for installation. When you assemble this bed, be aware that you will need to build it in the room you want the bed to be in, or it will be very awkward to get through the doorway. And you will need *A LOT* of space. About a foot or two bigger around than the bed space itself, which is a few inches over just the mattress dimensions. All the screws come in a conveniently labeled package, and with 1 extra of each part (4 extra of the screws you need 50 of). You can do it all with the included wrench and Allen wrench, but a drill and a ratchet will make the assembly much easier.
