Very satisfied

I'll agree with all the suggested review topics. It's efficient no vibration I can hear upstairs or noise. I love the deep water selection. Most newer washers put barely any water into the drum so you think the laundry wasn't cleaned good enough. It has a larger capacity than my last washer which is definitely plus. My husband tends to do big loads at a time since he has all dark clothes. The cycles are about an hour except certain ones that require soaking or extra rinses. All over great product.

I have had this washer for almost a year (effective this month). I have been pleased with the performance. There are some options that took me a while to figure out but reading the manual helps. The only downside to this is that when you call for maintenance they put you through the paces of checking the machine for issues reading from a script on their computer (I was on for 45 minutes) and then they tell you it doesn't warrant a service call. Live with it. Not what I expected. Of course your call goes to a foreign country so what can you expect. Also, I was requesting service on both the washer and the dryer but the same agent could not handle both calls and I had to be transferred. That made no sense.
