Please keep in mind as well that the purpose of ordering online is to supplement local availability, but it requires a higher cost, as we have to ship the product to you. Our prices are more than fair, it's just that they include our shipping costs as well. As to the packaging, we use boxes that are three times stronger than the requirement from carriers for our product. We actually use the top-rated box thickness available. Additionally, we use reinforced cardboard tape, as it's often called, which fuses at a molecular level to the box. Essentially, we go above and beyond to make sure your package gets to you in one piece. Any issues after we give the product to the carrier, however, are out of our hands.
