The fabric is incredibly fluffy and soft, so my worry was that when it was washed and dried, it would shed and clog my dryer lint filter. It washed perfectly with no shrinkage or other problems. I bought this for my wife ,who is a very hard to please person and she loved it. Considering the price, this robe is an excellent value.
