Rutin is a citrus bioflavonoid that is found in many plants including Buckwheat. Along with the bioflavonoids, quercetin and naringin, Rutin works synergistically with vitamin C to scavenge free radicals. As well as being an antioxidant, rutin helps vitamin C to keep collagen, our "intercellular cement," healthy.
