This is an honest review from a skeptical person... I've been taking this BP tea for 4 weeks now and I have seen an improvement. Of course this is with a healthy dietary eating habits and also remembering that I've had it doe years and that the tea isn't a miracle tea, but it does help it alot compared to not. Yes, I still have to take my meds but I've been able to go down on my doze and im happy about that. So it worked for me, like it did for many others. I gave it a chance because I had nothing to loose and I gained a better health by lowering my BP a few %23's after years of issues. So definitely something I can recommend to others.
