I've always used Chicken of the sea. If making sandwiches I will stick with it. I also like grillinng Ahi Tuna with a little lemon pepper salt, though. I share my tuna with my cats before making the tuna salad, so we use 2 cans at a time.

Most people eat this but if you don't eat "fatty fish" or supplement, you probably have a bad omega 6 to 3 ratio. A tuna sandwich twice a week and once with pasta, quinoa etc will surely help. Tastes good, convenient, inexpensive and healthy.

Disappointed, very mushy.

I usually buy Starkist in store but i wanted to order tuna to be shipped with some other items i was purchasing, but they wouldn't ship the starkist so i ordered this instead. It's really mushy, water logged and trying to drain it, it just oozes out leaving a mushy mess. No real flakes like starkist. I won't be buying this again unless its for my cats.
