I never thought I'd leave a review about my bathroom habits but I have tried EVERYTHING over the counter and even a couple of prescription medications to help with my years of severe constipation and nothing really helped to actually regulate me... until now! I take TWO Perdiem plus ONE Colace at bedtime EVERY night, without fail, and I am happy for the regularity because I am now able to go every day usually within 1 hr of waking and drinking 1 cup of hot tea or coffee. No blow outs and just normal BMs and I know this is more healthy for me verses having all the toxins in my body. I also just had a friend (only 53yr old) who ended up with a hole in her intestine due to severe constipation, almost died because of sepsis, and now has a temporary colostomy bag and I absolutely do not ever want to go through what she did. I hope my review helps others!
