Absolutely Perfect 4 my 2 little boys and I who got 2 enjoy shooting hoops indoors on what turned out 2 be another fantasic christmas day. Now heres why im even more impressed with this product and its team who stand behind it. When it arrived all the parts were their and it was not hard at all to quickly set up b4 my boys woke up.. now we were unable 2 turn the electronic scoreboard on at all because it was faulty.. Now hear me out.. I figured well thats why it was so cheap because there is no way im actually going to get ahold of whoever is distributing the product and be able 2 get it tookin care of due 2 my experience with cheap products from other places ive ordered from and its impossible 2 get ahold of someone 2 assist you.. BUT.. after calling their support %23 ON christmas morning keep in mind.. not only did a sweet ladie answer the phone.. she apologized and said just let me no the part catalog %23 and weill expedit it right to ya.. again my mind still is in denial.. she answered the phone.. let alone was cooperating like a responsible.. Professional.. trustworthy company should do.. I found the part %23 4 her in the setup manual.. she said ok your all set it is on its way.. I just said weill see and thanks.. i proceeded 2 still have a great day and we shot hoops without the noise from the scoreboard still was very fun and I figured it would show up in the mail ina week or 2.. NO.. it arrived on my doorstep via personal expedited delivery shipping so less then 24 hours I had the new scoreboard installed easy as cake and we have been using and abusing the hoops daily and loving it so Bravo 2 u guys Your Exceptional and true 2 your word.. so I took the time 2 let the world no that you have my Approval and then some.. with a cherry on top! THANKS!!!
