Error, mistake, frustration.

The chain was beautiful but I ordered a 28" chain and paid for that but was sent a 24" chain which we have sent back for a refund. We attempted to return it to the Walmart store but were told we had to go online get a mail back label and return it thru the mail. We are in that process now. We are not in any hurry so as soon as we are refunded our money we will re-order the 28" chain and hope they send the right one next time. I would give the item a five but the frustration of returning the item only allows me to give it a one. Had the chain been 28" instead 24" I would have given it a five star rating.
