The turmeric and ginger are notable flavors (not overwhelming, though) and a welcomed spin on an otherwise classic soup! I loved that the noodles are not mushy like typical canned noodle soups. I can't believe how much this soup tastes homemade! All of Proper Good's options are game changers for folks like me that dislike cooking but still love good food. Much healthier option than so many ready made soups. Noticed that this has a shorter shelf life than soup in a can, but in my mind that is a good thing! This is our favorite, we had 8 ounces of rotisserie shredded chicken to a bag of soup and it feeds two people. Super high protein, low carb and delicious. We occasionally even include additional garbanzo beans to give it a more stew like texture and increase satiety.
