I received an obviously opened package, which initially made me think that it had previously been used. However, after inspecting the product, it did not show any signs of usage. I plugged everything in and charged the battery fully, no issues there. When you purchase a product thru the Walmart website (even if it is being sold/shipped by a third-party), you expect it to be new unless otherwise noted. This product should have been listed as "open box". I will be more leery about ordering from Walmart in the future.
