I have bought so many pillows and wasted so much money just to find something for neck support and this is it I sleep with this every night I don't wake up with any kinks in my neck anymore I suffer from a chiari malformation so I constantly have neck pain and since I bought this thing I don't have any pain at all it's gone and the best thing is you can take the pillowcase off and wash it it is so comfortable and I'm a side sleeper it's great for side sleeping we're definitely buy this again and it's small enough where you can bring it when you're traveling if you need to sleep in the car or at a hotel this thing is coming with me
