Primarily I purchased these for my Dogs, since I was very young my Grandmother taught me to feed Dogs Sardines because the Iodine in them makes it very uninhabitable for Ringworms , and other internal parasites, I had A Beautiful Yellow Lab ( Faith) A rescue Dog and she had Ringworms the Vet gave her 6 weeks to A Year, she lived to be in her teens, Thank You, Jim

Excellent sardines! They are small, complete with skin and (edible) bone - packed full of nutrients and low in mercury like other fish. Wild caught so they are mild tasting.... not salty, in olive oil, not too firm or dry and not too mushy - just right! I squeezed fresh lemon and dove in! Great meal - especially since I am going back to a more Mediterranean diet mixed with some red meat for my Type 2 diabetes. Hopefully, all the nutrients will calm the inflammation.... Great price too... delivery was super fast. Thanks Walmart!

Sardines!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are whole sardines, minus head of course, they have the tails and the skin still attached, we tried them right out of the can, and then tried them in few various ways..my son liked with mustard, they had good flavor and were packed perfectly
