I got out my mini doner and cooked a 10 lb gyros cone for the workers who were working on my house. remodeling. They got hungry and ordered burritoes and left me holding the bag with an 80 dollar cone, tons of homemade Tzatziki sauce, and these wonderful Pita breads, so I ate alone and portioned it out for later and threw some out to the local beggar dogs. They loved it. Those workers really missed out.
