Expectaions far exceeded reality

I was so excited when I ordered this. Shipping was a long wait, 3 weeks. When it arrived today I excitedly opened the package and got it hung up. Immediately noticed curtain rings were very low quality, then I noticed none of the seams were straight. In fact it was off by more than 4". The flowers are not yellow, they are a light olive greenish-yellow. So very disappointed. Had to take it back down and package it back up. Will be returning to Walmart, hopefully they will refund since I just read the return policy and it is also very poorly written that I am not sure.
