Little disappointed for the amount spent

Condition of Jeanettes hair is not fluffy, but more matted then I was expecting. Glasses are crooked. Jacket opened and not close too the body. Basically item didn't come like picture shows it to be. Purchased two items from seller and both were just tossed in a bubble mailer together.
