Ordered 5 of which 3 had three bells and 2 had one bell. I was emailed by Christmas Central after my review and they are going to send me out 2 new Ornaments. I will definitely purchase from them in the future. Nice to see companies do check reviews sent. Thanks Mark

Update: The company reached out to resolve the issue which was very much appreciated....._x000D_ _x000D_ Eh - I had to glue several of the bells back on and the ribbon was detached from the wire on a few of them.
