Wire was as advertised but two of the spools were found broken when package was opened. There was very little packing material in the box. Of the two replacement spools Zoro sent me, one was found broken again. Again, inadequate packing. During this period I placed another order for two spools of wire. They were shipped in a bag! Luckily, there was no damage. The third replacement, once again, came in damaged. It was shipped in a bag. I don't understand why they would ship a fragile item like this. However, they have excellent customer service! Their return procedure was painless and they did not want me to return the damaged spools. I did, however, requested them not to send a replacement spool. Although I will probably continue doing business with them I will find another supplier for my wire. They also refunded my money although it was not necessary.
