Disappointing

The machine we have is loud, spits coffee down front of machine and counter and the hot water function is a very slow dribble. So disappointing as we loved our previous one.

Replacement won't be Cuisinart

I used to recommend Cuisinart single-serve coffee makers - not anymore. I bought this model when one of the two SS-700 Cuisinart models bit the bullet and I learned they didn't make that model anymore. I've tried EVERYthing to get rid of the EEO error - no luck. I take very good care of my machines and had one at home and at the office and had, until recently, always recommended Cuisinart over Keurig to colleagues and friends. Even when I got the SS-10, it was evident it was made with less expensive material than the SS-700. It didn't last nearly as long as the better built SS-700 model. I've got to buy another k-cup machine now... may buy 2 and keep the still working SS-700 as a back up (it does have a larger footprint, but I've never minded that). Unfortunately, I need to do some research to find out the most recommended brand/model... and it won't be another Cuisinart.

"Disappointed! Whoever designed this coffee maker didn't really think it through. Why would you put a hole in the drip tray? When you take out your coffee, the drippings aren't held safely in the tray-they spill onto your counter instead." I don't recommend this Coffee model.
