Accurate sound! Definitive yet not too bright!

At the end of it all I have these coaxials on the rear with foam baffles and Noico sound deadening all over. The baffles with an oval hole cut centered on the bottom seam keep water away and port air movement well, giving a sub-from-the-back feeling! Considering between this model and the sister model JBL Stadium GTO620, the middle tweeter is the main (if not only) difference between the two. That being said , I knew Infinity was good with new Kia cars but had a great impression of JBL from my father's 2011 Prius III. After purchasing both models, I noticed the GTOs were too fatiguing for me on the mid-high end. The Infinitys by comparison felt crisp yet not overintruding into the listening space. The tweeters are made from different materials, so you will prefer differently depending on the setup. I ended up getting Infinity 60.11cs components for my front doors (also same glass fiber woofer). Haven't put in those tweeters yet because the Kia's work fittingly for the front! FYI the front doors may like silicon side baffles from NVX so the bass boom doesn't overpower. I'm actually waiting a bit to wire the CerwinVega VPAS10 in .. these are potentially more than adequate. Plus, the Infinity face covers look extremely bespoke =)
