This kit does not include the warmer pictured on the box. It includes the basic warmer. The company was very responsive and offered a partial refund or suggested a returned. They said they received the kit from a new supplier and all kits have that warmer so could not offer a proper replacement. I will be returning. I wanted the pro kit. The warmer is the basic warmer I've had for years. Works great but I wanted the upgraded warmer for smaller size to fit my small bathroom and limited storage.

It would have been noce if the sellers would have mentioned it was an EU plug!! My daughter got this for Christmas and couldn't even use it. we are having to purchase a stupid adapter as she has already opened several parts. Beware EU plug!!!!
