Bizarre design throws off balance

Well, the footbed is indeed very soft and cushy. Unfortunately, they placed a little "arch support" on the outside of the foot, rather than the inside, which causes my feet to roll inwards. As well as being terrible ergonomically, it was hard to walk in them because my balance was so thrown off. On top of it all, looks like these are non-returnable!
