Country of Origin is suspect.

Nothing on this ratchet indicates that it is produced in the USA. It is stamped with "Valley" and "crv", came bubble wrapped with no box, card or other packaging. No model number, no country of origin no nothing. After a bit of a web search I found a Valley Industrial Tools ratchet that looked to be the same item. Valley appears to be an importer, not a manufacturer. Also found this item on Boston Tools website; even with shipping it was cheaper ordering it direct rather than through Walmart. Nice little ratchet, but Made in USA???? doubtful.
