Probably the best scope on the market for the price. One of the clearest glasses I've ever looked through and the eye relief on it makes it super easy to find that clear picture. I have this scope on my bergara b14 chambered in .300 prc and it has been wonderful for me.

Absolutely worth it!

I've spent a good amount of time shooting with the Ares 4.5–30x56 APRS1 FFP IR MIL, and it's been seriously impressive—especially for the price. The 4.5–30x magnification range is incredibly versatile, whether I'm shooting mid-range or stretching things out long distance, and it never feels like I'm reaching the limits of the scope The first focal plane MIL reticle is consistent at every magnification, which makes holdovers and wind calls straightforward and reliable. the UHD glass is sharp and clear and the illuminated reticle is daylight bright and a great plus. Overall, it's a scope that just works at all times!

Best quality scope for the price

This has better glass quality than the PST gen2 line of products, for less! Unless you buy the EBR2 reticle PST on a closeout deal, The Athlon ETR is hands down best scope for the money in this price range. Its untouchable. Reliable tracking, Zero stop that is user friendly, and plenty of zoom options to choose from in the line-up. Color me impressed. I will not hesitate to buy another one of Athlon's Mid to premium grade optics.
