I have been using this product for about 2 weeks and I have seen a slight difference in eye lids and eye bags. I am pleased with the results. Additionally, I have been using the eye balm on all dry areas - cuticles, lips and upper lips and have seen an improvement. I apply the balm throughout the day on the dry areas. I have tried a number of eye creams over the years and this one beats them all.
