Poop On Rug.... literally. I wish I was joking.

I wish this was a joke. There was literally [poop] on my rug. It's such a pain to ship back. Buyers beware. PS I had to spell out P.O.O.P. in brackets because this site wouldn't let me submit my review with "offensive language." This is the most insane and disappointing online ordering experience. I cannot.
