Made my hair very dry

Was very excited to try the volumizing products from PureMix. Won some of the Native Fig in an auction basket and loved that so I figured the volumizing products would be great also. Unfortunately they did the same thing that 95% of every other "volumizing" shampoo/conditioner has done. My hair felt like straw and was so dry! Not sure why "dryness" equates to volume but I was very disappointed. Will probably use the Native Fig but can't use the Blooming Sunflower. And yes, I used all 3 of the recommended products.
