These curtains are beautiful and added a pop of color and flair to my living room. It blocks out heat and light very well so its perfect when the sun gets too intense or there's glare interference on your tv from the light from the window.

I am a big fan of blackout curtains. The increased privacy is great. Keeping the sun out of my house (on the west side) in summer when the sun is setting is a huge energy saver and my wallet really likes that! My husband works odd hours so some mornings it is so very nice for the sun not to peep through the curtains and light up our bedroom. I did not even realize until I was reading the packaging that they also help keep down noise (though it makes perfect sense- but still, I never would have thought of that). I am amazed at how thoughtfully these are made- the older blackout curtains had a vinyl (almost “sticky”) back side which, over time, got really gummy and gross. These are sleek and modern; both in material as well as the modern pattern and look. The curtains themselves feel like upscale polyester (heavy weight) dress pants. The brown part of the pattern (which I love) is the most neutral brown (or maybe beige or tan or taupe) that I have ever owned. It is truly a versatile color scheme and pattern. I definitely recommend these curtains for all of these many benefits as well as their look!
