Good, but the texture is a bit soft.

I have been a vegan for about 5 years and was a vegetarian for around 30 years prior to that, so I have had a lot of experience with Loma Linda products. These Veja-links are only one formulation of the "hotdog" type product they make and, in my opinion, the best--flavor-wise--of the bunch. However, the texture is too soft and over the years, I would swear they have gotten shorter! They used to fit nicely on a bun, but now there is a good 2" of unoccupied bun at the end! If you prefer a firmer textured vegan hotdog, the Big Franks are better, but I don't think they have quite the right taste. I wish they would combine the taste of the Veja-links with the firmness of the Big Franks and make them longer while they're at it. That would be the perfect vegan hotdog!

Cutting quantity and price increase.

They have increased the price and cut down the quantity. The taste is not the same. Next time I will order Linketts to see if that taste is different. I see they cut the quantity in them as well.
