Product was great after I finally got it ut was a Christmas gift for Grandaughter it just arrived Jan 15 way past Christmas and it was ordered way before Christmas that was too long tried to cancel when I seen it wouldn't be here by Christmas but it said I could not cancel was in shipping but still took four weeks to get it after Christmas not very good customer service and trying to explain to a 9 year old why her gift was not here need to do better in delivery and saying it will be here by certain day and 4 weeks later finally arrived

Beautiful tree

This tree was easy to put together but because we went with the 9ft tree, it took forever to fluff out all of the branches. I like how much coverage it has once it was complete, it looks amazing. The only negative to this review is that some branches on the top assembly came off easily and I had a hard time getting them back in.
