After wasting money on another company's battery and seeing it's performance during Hurricane Helene, I decided to go with Power Queen, a company serious about batteries, that also sells all the chargers, inverters and accessories specifically designed for their batteries. I got the batteries and accessories quickly, on time and exactly when they said, and they performed beautifully giving me high confidence that my emergency power needs are met, moreover, they are well stocked for my expansion needs...

I bought one of these last year, it worked great but I ended up having a warranty issue some months later. Initially I struggled with getting the prorated warranty pricing sorted out and there was a lot of back and forth. But eventually a specific representative was assigned to my case, named Cathy, and she was very helpful. There was a mixup with the replacement battery getting sent to an old address where I no longer lived, and then it got lost in the mail trying to return to sender. Fortunately Cathy got it sorted out, having a new battery sent to the correct address and it arrived very quickly. She provided great support. I haven't set up the new battery yet but I trust it will work well.
