This stuff is amazing. My work requires a lot of lifting some days more then others and it keeps my back relaxed so I don't pull something as we know this can come with age. It's super easy to apply and you don't have to worry about getting it all over your hands because it is a row on. You can put on too much and it will probably set you on fire.
