Although we are returning the item no fault to Walmarts excellent and speedy delivery it was not exactly what mother in law wanted but the quality price and delivery were exceptional we've been searching for the right massage medical chair since she has been discharged from the hospital and our first experience with Amazon was horrendous and embarrassing as a company but Walmart gets it I pay and they deliver a concept some online companies have a struggle with waited two weeks after paying for expedited delivery and still never received the chair then has to wait an additional week for a refund for something that never had a tracking number, but thank you Walmart for awesome service and understanding the basic concept of shopping online!!!!!

Very comfortable and easy assemble

It was very easy to assemble and very comfortable. I dont really use the massage function but it works and it's just for the back. In the picture, it shows that there is a pocket for the remote but i dont see the pocket anywhere. Regardless, i love the chair and so does my puppy!!!

The recliner just vibrates. It just vibrates in 8 different patterns on your back. Its not an actual massage chair with some kick. It's still nice though. Easy assembly because it comes in 3 parts you snap together. It does recline into a full horizontal position. It's a firm seat, not fluffy. Still comfortable. Good material. Don't use a knife to open the box or you'll definitely cut the chair. Overall it's a good buy.
